IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL PROP WEAPONS MUST BE FULLY CONCEALED DURING TRANSPORT IN AND OUT OF NEXUS! All weapons must not have the ability to eject a projectile. NEXUS staff reserves the right to deny entry to any cosplayer not willing to adhere to this rule.

This is a private event. Access is only available to those who register through this page and employees of NEXUS (Atria). NO "street traffic" is allowed entry during the sesh. Registration is ONLY open to cosplayers. NEXUS is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please take caution when leaving/storing your items.

Photo sesh is FREE to registrants and is strictly between 7 PM and 9 PM.

The NEXUS bar will NOT be open.

There will be background music playing during the Photo Sesh. If you enjoy a certain song while taking photos and/or video, let us know the song and maybe we can add it into the playlist.

The is no change room. There are separate male and female washrooms which can be used to change and prep.

Lighting is dark, with some black light and neon. It is highly recommended to bring some additional portable lighting solution to ensure the best quality pictures and video.
